Welcome onboard M/S Silverpilen, M/S Mysing, M/S Utö Express and M/S Waxholm II which takes you to Utö the sunniest island in the Stockholm archipelago!
On board the ships there are cafeterias that serves beer, wine, coffee, tea, pastries, sandwiches, sweets and small dishes. We are licensed to serve alcoholic beverages on board all our boats.
At Årsta Brygga, there is parking (fee applies to all days). You might need some extra time to find a parking space and pay the parking fee. There is plenty of cargo space on board and you may take bicycles with you. The crew can answer many of your questions concerning Utö.
The journey to Utö takes about 35 minutes, with M/S Waxholm II about 50 minutes.

Utö Rederi AB acquired M/S Havsörnen in the winter of 2000. In the autumn of 2002 M/S Utö Express was acquired. Utö Rederi has operated passenger service between Årsta Brygga and Utö since 1969. From the beginning the company was called Utö Sjötaxi and was owned by Jan and Eva Schroeder. Since the first Sjötaxi (seataxi) their has been three ships called M/S Mysing ships in service by the Schroeder's . Two of the ships have been built by shipyard Öregrund and Uddevalla. The current ship M/S Mysing was acquired in 1995 by Utö Rederi AB, founded by Jan Schroeder, Karl-Olof Jönsson and Thomas Tesch. In the autumn of 2005 Sea You AB / Gustaf Myrsten acquired 91% of the shares. Karl-Olof Jönsson remains with 9% of the shares. At the same time the ship M/S Gotska Sandön was included in the fleet.
Since April of 2000 the services between Årsta Brygga and Utö is preformed by Utö Rederi, under contract of Waxholmsbolaget AB.
From the summer of 2004 M/S Skarpö was replaced by M/S Utö Express on the route Nynäshamn - Nåttarö - Ålö.
Utö Rederi assumes operation of M/S Waxholm II between Årsta Brygga and Utö, M/S Skarpö returns to SSAB.
